Confirm the Login Address

Each Cool Life customer environment has its own login address. Make sure you are using the URL provided for the company, project, or Vault Room you are trying to access.

Contact the Person Who Invited You

Ask the sender to confirm your login address, invited email, invitation status, and assigned access.

Check Password and Email Delivery

Verify that your browser is not using an old saved password, and check spam, junk, quarantine, or filtering if you are waiting for an invitation, password reset, or OTP email.
